In Tortola, we offer island wide same day and next day delivery. Cut offs for same day delivery is by 12:00 pm daily.
we can deliver for collection at the Ferry terminal, your workplace, a neighborhood central point, or home
Delivery Options
Tell your customers about your delivery options. Provide them with information about expected delivery time and any additional services they can opt for, such as express shipping or package tracking.
Returns: Simple as 1-2-3
In-Store Returns
We accept returns on Collars and Harnesses within 48 hours of purchase. Tags can not be removed and the items must be in new condition (unworn). Returns on items of manufactures defect, please note Pet Planet VI will reach out to the manufactures on your behalf to process such claims.
Online Returns
Offer customers to choose an item they want to return, print a prepaid label, and drop it at the post office.
Express Pickup
If it’s possible to call or fill out a form for courier pickup, offer customers this option.
